You can have your package delivered to our warehouse. We receive, inspect, and prepare it for shipment. Once processed, it is handed to a third-party carrier or delivery partner for transportation. Customers must ensure packages comply with shipping regulations

We operate primarily from the USA to Jamaica. Delivery within Jamaica is handled either directly by us or through local third-party couriers.

We ship fives times per week. Schedules may vary due to carrier availability, customs, or unforeseen delays. All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Most personal or commercial goods can be shipped. Prohibited items include: illegal drugs, firearms, explosives, perishable foods, live animals, cash, pornography, or counterfeit goods. Fragile items (electronics, glass, liquids, etc.) are shipped at the owner’s risk.

Costs depend on package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. Additional fees may apply for oversized items and pickup services.

Once your package departs on its scheduled flight, it is typically available within 1–2 days. For example, packages shipped on Monday’s flight are generally available on Tuesday or Wednesday. The same timeframe applies to our other scheduled flight days. Occasionally, delays may occur due to airline issues such as short-shipped cargo or flight disruptions. If this happens, your package will generally be placed on the next available flight, or we may utilize our other cargo airline to help minimize the delay.

We accept bank transfers, cash and card payments. Payments must be made in full before processing begins. Payments are non-refundable once processing starts.

Packages not collected within 5 days of notification may incur $500 JMD per day in storage fees. Packages uncollected after 7 days may be auctioned, donated, or disposed of to recover costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding charges.
